This drawing an exercise of line quality. We had to think of the light source while drawing because it needs to look like the sun is shining down on the tree. My favorite part of this drawing is the tree because I like the detail I put into it. The most challenging part was each piece of grass.
In this drawing we had to focus on a couple objects from home and draw them exactly how we saw them at our point of view. We had to add shading and lots of detail. My favorite part of this was the jar because I put a lot of detail in it. The tape roll was the most difficult part because of all the different angles.
This was our very first drawing in Drawing 1. We had to find 3 cups or containers and draw them. This was a very simple drawing to start of with before we started to develop our skills more. I like the cup on the left the best because it is the most detailed. I wish I had added more detail in the right cup though because it looks pretty plain.
In this drawing we had to draw ourselves as accurately as possible. I added shading and shadows to my face and I used line quality for my hair. I also drew my jacket on too, to add some darker qualities to the drawing.
