This is my abstract watercolor "Whack" based of of one of my favorite singers Tierra Whack's albums 'Whack World'. This piece was a bit of a challenge for me because this is the first abstract piece I have ever done and while I knew what abstract was I had troubles making my own piece abstract. My favorite parts of this piece were the color, balance, and pattern. I really liked the colors I used for this piece because they pop a lot and get your attention. The balance on this piece helps you focus on Tierra because I have her centered in the middle. Lastly I like the pattern I used in the background because it's bright and very interesting and it was very easy to do. Overall I am very proud of this piece and I liked the reference of this piece as well.
